This place is now our go to for pet supplies. Recently had an ich outbreak and I rushed in and they supported me with all the information I needed and I was able to clear my tank quickly and saved all my fish. The staff is friendly and always helpful. I appreciate staff that actually knows what they are talking about and are willing to help and not treat you like a bother when you have multiple questions. Support local and shop them first!

I just stopped to check out the fish section of the store. Healthy fish, beautiful tanks, amazing selection, and outstanding prices. Friendly and informative staff. Will definitely be going back for my fish keeping needs. Totally worth the 1hr 30min drive.

I've been a customer here for years. I have dogs, cats, and reptiles. I spend hundreds here monthly. I purchased a heating bulb for my reptiles enclosure and it stopped working in less than 24 hours. I brought in the bulb, the packaging, and the receipt (dated less than 2 days ago) and I was told I couldn't exchange it for a working bulb, but that I could try to contact the manufacturer. There is no signage stating that bulbs are "buy at your own risk." It is just extremely disappointing that they seem to value a $12 heating bulb more than their customers.

Friendly. They have lizards, reptiles, salt and fresh water fish selection is good. Dog treats are spendy. Great building downtown. Parking is not a problem.

I have always loved Petworks in the past when I was into aquariums . Very Friendly and Great Workers always. I got out of Aquariums until now our Grandsons who now lives with us got an aquarium. I have called as well as visited and Staffing is still very friendly but I am disappointed in the fish they have. Tiny at a high price. There’s no clown loaches , snails nor bottom feeders . They had tiny plecos at high price. We had gone into Portland to get Beautiful Angelfish at a Great Price half the cost . I hope this turns around , otherwise We will continue to do our Business in Portland . I’m sadden to see this in a degraded way . It’s not like it used to be 7 years ago :-(. Staffing was still friendly and helpful . I’m only speaking of the Aquarium fish needs . Need algae feeders as well as better pricings . Better selection of fish .
