Ron's Cichlids

We bought Ron’s food about a month ago. Noticed a big difference. Our cichlids have grown tremendously in that time. Their colors are bright and their health has been amazing. We love it so much that we have just bought even more food and will continue to do so. Best food on the market in our opinion. Can’t go wrong at all.

Ron’s Cichlids is one of the best for all your African Cichlid needs. I’ve done a lot of research getting into this hobby for the first time, and Ron always came up highly recommended. I absolutely love my first batch of Msobo Deep Magunga, they are stunning and so much fun to watch! Their packaging and shipping is very professional, and my fish arrived in great condition and ready to acclimate to the tank. Don’t listen to the bad reviews about one day shipping, you should be planning for this already so you can get your fish as quickly as possible and reduce their stress levels. As I get deeper into keeping cichlids, I’ll be returning to Ron and Hunter when it comes time to add more species to our tanks.

This family bussiness made me feel like family the moment I pulled up to the facility. Ron and his son Hunter are honest men. Any question that I had was answered short, simple and sweet. Yes they are pricey however, when you go there and see the quality in those fish…. The pictures that I posted don’t even do justice to these cichlids. The pictures they posted online can’t even do them justice. My best friend even wants to get into the hobby of African cichlids because he was under the impression that Petsmart and petco was cream of the crop but he was highly mistaken. I recommend this bussiness to anybody out there wanting to get into African cichlids. Infamous YouTubers that are keepers of these species have been here that have driven miles to get there. The food they provided with my purchased comes in many sizes and the fish attack it like a frenzy. I also had the privilege to hand pick my fish and to be educated on every species of nimbochromis, aulonocara, Mbuna, Champsochromis and any other hybrid unlike most large vendors. Hunter was always available even if both of his hands are in those hundred gallon bins. He answered my text/calls at 7am-11pm. I can’t applaud this father son duo enough. Thank you Ron cichlids. Just got this guy last week. He showed up as pictured, healthy, and ready for his new home. Excellent customer service and all around great business to do business with!

Picked up a few fish from Ron’s a couple months ago. The pictures are right after getting them into their new homes so they aren’t as colorful as normal. All of the fish were healthy and well cared for. Their facility is amazing and Hunter was very knowledgeable and helpful when suggesting cichlids for us. We plan to get more in the future from Ron’s. Definitely the place for hard to find, high quality fish!
