Friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice selection of fish I also liked that they have a good selection of rocks. Definitely recommend. Based on the knowledge of the owner I was able to get a very nice fish. I will certainly be back.

I talked to 10 stores before calling here and no one would help me rehome my foot long common pleco. Owner Chris was so nice on the phone and offered to take him. I drove 40 mins to the store and they happily took my pleco and gave him a new home in a huge tank. So grateful to this store and I will be doing business with them in the future. They have an amazing selection of aquatic life I’ve yet to see elsewhere on the island.

I had a wonderful experience shopping here online! I worked with Chris to order a Congo Spotted Pufferfish. It was an awesome extra bonus to go check out their YouTube channel and see the one and only Chris, showing us how he packs up fish for delivery! There’s even a shop tour. A winter storm made shipping a little dicey (all on UPS, not Underground), and my little buddy ended up in transit for three chilly days. Chris was a text away the entire time, and we worked out a plan for every outcome. Best part: the fish is alive!!!! We’re still on the first day, but he’s getting settled in nicely considering the circumstance. I definitely recommend Underground to anyone looking to purchase fish online.

Place is great. Excellent LFS (local fish store). They have your basic beginner fish, shrimp, etc., to more obscure, advanced fish I've not seen anywhere else. Tanks were all clean and maintained, and I did not see a single dead fish in any tank (a true rarity in these stores). Their prices are either competitively matched to other local LFS or slightly cheaper. Some of the more obscure species may be more expensive than others, but that's the nature of purchase difficult to procure animals. I didn't get the guys name, I'm assuming he was either the owner or manager or otherwise runs the place. Super nice guy, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Will be returning regularly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐➕ I wish there were more stars to give this place, because they deserve it! I stumbled upon their website in my search for fancy plecos (as I am a collector with over 70 fancy L-number plecos) and this place had ones I didnt have! I hesitantly placed an order and not even fifteen minuets later, the owner contacted me on my given number, not only confirming my order, but thanking me for it! 🤩 My confidence in them immediately skyrocketed. Even though there were a few issues with stock, we very easily worked out a perfect order and it came to me overnighted. The fish were very securely bagged, no leaks, no problems, very healthy, all alive, and very happy! I cannot praise this place and the owner enough, as its stressful as it is, ordering livestock online. You always want to make sure you get your money's worth, especially with the cost of overnight shipping. Communication with the owner is always smooth, easy, and responsive. I really could not ask for more, and I will definitely be returning for more fish and plecos from this place. They are truly amazing! Thank you for everything!
