If you want people that know their business and what you need to start and maintain a fish tank, then these are the people that you need to talk to. We started a 10 gallon fish tank and have been plagued with a PH that is too high for fish. Through a process of elimination, and with their help. We determined it is the rocks that we purchased from another location. Aquatic haven sold us a 20 gallon tank and the substrate to stand up a second tank and test to see where our issue was. We will be purchasing fish from them shortly as we are waiting for our 20 gallon tank to stabilize. Their knowledge and dedication to honest answers and feedback is greatly appreciated. We will be doing a lot of business through them in the coming months.

I went in for an elephant nose fish … left with exactly that and a great L200 pleco which was a great surprise. Prices are very compatible with other LFS as well if your in the area I 100% recommend!

I went to Aquatic Haven to look at a blue parrot fish my sister saw the day before as I have wanted blood parrots for a while. I spent several hours there and, with the wonderful help from Darrick, whose knowledge is invaluable, I left with 2 blood parrrots and a crystal parrot. Darrick explained how to set up my tank quickly and safely, as I was not prepared to bring home fish, and all 3 are doing wonderful. I will definitely go back if/when I need more fish or plants. I highly recommend Aquatic Haven!!

My son has been asking for a fish all year, so the Tuesday before Christmas I came here and spent forever picking out the perfect Betta for him. I had the tank running for a week and a half beforehand, hidden and ready to surprise him. Sadly, a day after bringing our little guy home, he didn’t seem to be acting right, and we woke up two days after Christmas to find that he had passed. My son—and all of us—were absolutely heartbroken. We came back here today, unsure of what might have happened. The owner was incredible. He tested our water (which checked out fine), patiently answered all of our questions, and took the time to let my son carefully choose a new fish. Then, completely unexpectedly, he gifted the Betta to him. That kindness was truly above and beyond. It meant the world to our family and completely turned around what had been such a sad experience. The new Betta already seems so much happier and healthier in his new home. Thank you for your compassion, generosity, and amazing customer care. You’ve gained customers for life. See you soon! 💙🐟

Excellent place for aquatic goods and livestock! The owners were very friendly, knowledgeable and were happy to answer any questions. Tanks were maintained, clean and all the livestock looked very healthy.

What a nice fish store. Clean, they have a very nice selection of fish, plants and new and used equipment. I love the selection of food they have available. There is no other store in the area with the variety of food they have in stock. If you are a seasoned enthusiast or just starting out, I highly recommend you stop by and see what they have.

I love this store I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 yrs now new owners are great I trade and buy fish snails tanks and supplies they take really good care of there fish and best part they warn you what not to do when buying a new pet about the things you will need to keep your fish alive with out you asking and the things not to do when adding a new fish to your home and that’s proof they care about your pet I love it I have 10 tanks 9 set up and 1 in the process I’m a every day customer I look 👀 for new pets to add to my tanks and I believe when I’m done I will have 2 of every fresh water fish in the store including snails I’m not a salt water guy i love my freshwater and I donate my snails when they over breed they also give store credit to you if you have unwanted fish tanks or accessories trade them in best store ever you can’t get this at petco or PetSmart or anywhere else in the Area this is the best place to go for answers if having trouble with your pet fish or snails this is a must to visit and see for yourself And prices are reasonable on everything I give a 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
