I overheard an employee helping a customer who clearly didn’t know much about cycling an aquarium & it sounded like they were setting up their child’s first fish tank. The employee never shamed him or just sold him a bunch of stuff he wouldn’t know how to use. He patiently listened and compassionately explained what they needed, prioritized the health of the fish and the tank… never tried to overwhelm him or oversell, but he gave guidance. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare. Mike has done an incredible job creating this store. You can truly see the time, passion, and heart he’s poured into every detail.
