My wife and I had started construction of our home which involved an extensive koi pond in the front of the house and ran under a bridge to the front door and under a bridge separating the master wing from the main house and gathered in the back of the house. I went to local koi pond builders who were all scared to do the job because it ran up next to the house and foundation. Brian drove down from New Jersey with a crew and saw my wife's and my vision and assured us that they could do the job. We expanded the job to include two streams that ran down to a natural pond behind the house and a completely separate system. Not only have they completed both systems impeccably, they have wowed all of the local koi pond builders and other home professionals that come to the house.They far exceeded my expectations. Jimmy and Mike were involved directly with the construction of the two systems and made repeated trips back to our house to complete different segments of the two systems to coincide with the building of the house itself. The construction of the koi pond and the construction of the house needed to happen somewhat in tandem so that neither was being done too far in advance of the other. They made sure that everything stayed on schedule and have gone above and beyond anything that one could ask. Honestly, and in large part because of Jimmy and Mike, and certainly Brian, I believe Fitz's Fish Ponds to be the best koi pond and natural stream builders in the country. I can't emphasize enough my sincerity in saying that. If you are considering a koi pond, large or small, you owe it to yourself to at least talk to Fitz's Fish Ponds. Shortly after, the construction team led by Rudy with Julio, Axel and Jose came to rebuild my space. From the first paniced call to Beth's completion follow-up call, the entire team at Fitz's was wonderful. We were treated compaassionatly and informed at each step.
