You"ve got the right one today because I have the time space and energy for your type today and Always. I have no problem with forwarding this complaint and review to NJ Buisness Officials the BBB and social media if needed. I go online to find an Aquarium shop not just a chain store and come across Aquarium Center...I go in today after asking for help because IT WAS NOT OFFERED in a half empty store... I spent 20 mins picking out live plants (priced wrong at $3.99 rep says oh these are $6.99 and changes the price on the glass in front of me) I got start up sets up for 3 FRESH WATER tanks, the rep said "he will take my plants to the register"...ok fine...I have bags of gravel soil filters heaters I leave all at the register while I shop. I go to check out...All of my items have been prescanned and boxed up without me seeing pricing or accuracy. I DO NOT KNOW YOU, THE STORE IS NOT CROWDED DO NOT BE SO BOLD TO RING UP MY ORDER WO ME STANDING THERE. THANK YOU! Then I get to the parking lot and see the plants I spent 20 minutes picking where NOT the ones I picked. They were "allegedly" sold to another customer. So the rep goes to get more NOT WHAT I WANTED OR PICKED but ok human error. Then I get home 40mins away w gas at $4.55 only to realize I have salt water sand when I meantioned to 3 different sales reps im starting freshwater tanks (SO FAST TO RING ME UP HOW ABOUT ASKING ME IF I FOUND EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND CONFIRM THAT INDEED THE ITEMS YOU HAVE SO QUICKLY SCANNED ARE FOR A FRESHWATER TANKS I HAVE BEEN TALKING ABOUT SINCE I WALKED IN) but no it's about the sale ....Not service ok I get it I also notice soil that was priced at $8 99 on the shelf rug up at $15.99 (watch the rep change the shelf price)....so of the $250 sale of supplies I returned $75.00 worth And will NEVER EVER BE BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS BUISNESS TO ANYONE terrible experience and id rather go to a Pet Smart. Which I am sure is fine by the owner as seen in thier previous replies to other dissatisfied FORMER customers. .....again proceed with caution with your reply as your staff will confirm I was nothing but patient and professional with their "human errors and dont you DARE mention a no refund policy as if returning my money after I returned back to the store for ANOTHER 40 minute drive, was Courtesy on your part, after the poor experience I had at this location.
