The fish store was immaculate and well maintained. His QT process is excellent. It was very clean and felt very welcoming. The fish and plants all appeared very healthy. I also like that he has various terrestrial plants. This isn't like your normal big box or LFS. Not one dead fish. I'm happy to see he carries Aquarium Co-op products. Come here and you will NOT be disappointed. We chatted for about half an hour and looked around the store. He's very friendly and I love that he will sometimes play fun music's in his videos, including country and worship music in the background of his videos. Come support, I sure did from San Diego.”

If you are just starting out or are a veteran they have fish and plant species that will catch your eye and have you planning your next aquarium! I was told they use tap water and don’t use co2 to grow their plants as well as quarantining every fish that comes through the store means you have a better chance of success when you bring home your new fish and plants!”

Because of severe storms that popped up out of nowhere they were stuck in Kentucky for an extra day. They arrived around 11 am on Wednesday. Unfortunately, I could not leave work until after 4pm. I expected to have a couple loses or maybe the whole group but after arriving home and opening the box every last one of them was in tip top condition. The box and packing material's were in great shape also. Miguel done a fantastic job in preparation of the trip. I will post pictures soon. I met Mike and Miguel in Vegas last year. They have a very nice establishment. It was the most Altum Angelfish I have ever seen up close. Thanks again Guys. :)”

We are so happy to see the new store opening on the west side of town. We have been following Mike & Miguel on Facebook since the end of 2025 and were so happy they finally opened their store to the public last Saturday 4/18/2026. We made a visit to the store and couldn't go home without buying new plants and fish from them. Their plants are super healthy and of nice color. Their congo tetras are super big and beautiful which they breed. We also got some amazing dwarf neon rainbowfish which are also bred locally. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Miguel is very friendly and gives us good advice on fish and plants. We met and talked to both Mike & Miguel and they seem to have a passion for what they do. We highly recommend this place to whoever need aquatic plants or fish.”
