We never scheduled an appointment with him period. We actually blocked him since he seems to have mental issues. We were no longer interested in continuing with him due to his unprofessionalism. He reached out after I posted the original review below. He gave me an unreasonable excuse for not responding. He then continues to tell me it will be $85 monthly (he didn’t even ask if this was a one time job or a job that would be needed done regularly. I thought that was highly manipulative and desperate for money) He then gives me a time and day. He expects me the customer to cater to that time and day and on top of that he does NOT give me a definite time and says maybe I’ll be able to come around that time. When I said I couldn’t do that time or day and I need definite times, he then proceeds to tell me otherwise I would have to wait 1 entire month and again he would choose the time and day and it would not be definite. When I stopped responding, he continued to keep calling nonstop and texted “don’t contact me again.” and when I texted “with this attitude I definitely wouldn’t be” he went and left a fake review for a business owner who has the same name as me which isn’t even my business to begin with, so the joke is on him. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TERRIBLE DISGUSTING EXCUSE of a human being. You should be ashamed of yourself. Everyone see photographs below the owner of the shop sent me. He edited his review once we exposed him and changed it to “owner is unhinged.” at first he wrote “my friend bought food from here and it made his dog horribly sick. All lies. He then proceeded to leave another bad rating with his full name thus proving our point. Notice the time of the edits too exactly the same. *Original Review Below “Messaged him on January 26th and again yesterday it’s now February 7th still no response. I reached out on the website contact forum twice too. Definitely does not respond right away. I don’t know what these reviews are talking about. They are probably fake, paid or family & friends.””

My daughter loves fish, but me being busy doesn't change the fact that my daughter still wanted her own little set up. Devon really listened to what "she" wanted and "I" could manage and brought our vision to life, better than I could have imagined. The tank looks incredible and has become the centerpiece of her room. Everything was installed cleanly and professionally, and he made sure I understood how to maintain it. She's a kid 5 years old and was constantly in his way trying to watch, it didn't bother him, he welcomed it and tried his best to explain what he was doing along the way. The constant smiles he brought to her face is something every parent dreams of! You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does. I Highly recommend! 🐠🌊 Thank you for everything Devon, we cant wait to see you for our first service date!”

Called Devon, owner of Michigan Aquarium Services. Lucky for us, he was on a day off and accepted the job as an emergency. He came promptly and worked on the tank until it was right.
