Immediately upon entry, the strong ammonia scent smacks you in the face like a brick wall. I decided to overlook it, thinking, maybe its bedding change day and they stirred up the pee. Then came the reptiles. There were tanks with multiple ball pythons inside which is very unsafe. When we asked to hold a snake, the hognose seemed fine. Healthy enough, not lethargic and relatively plump. I wish I could say the same for the ball python we held. The poor thing was coated in mites, it was so thin its spine was sticking out (more than just the average little spine bump snakes have) and it was breathing heavily like it had a URI. I didnt put it close to my ear to listen for wheezing but I wouldn't doubt it had one. Most of the reptiles were kept in nasty tanks, doubled up, covered in mites, and lethargic. The store smelled awful and was filthy. Had I fully inspected any other animals, im sure I would've found more awful excuses for husbandry. The worker was nice but I couldn't imagine letting my workplace look and smell like that. He said they weren't the same people as Ocean Odessy but honestly they're just as bad, if not worse. I would strongly advise finding a reputable breeder instead of purchasing an animal from this cess pit of mites and disease.”

They are not taking care of there animals. The vet knew about this place. Saying they had several bearded dragons come in with yellow fungus from custom creatures. Beware this place is bad news.”
