Based on that information, a family member drove 2 hours one way to purchase it the same day—only to be charged $184.42 at the store. To make matters worse, this product can easily be purchased online for around $50—it was only bought locally because it was needed immediately. When I called back to address the issue, I was told there was “nothing they could do.” I understand mistakes happen, but honoring a quoted price—or at least making some effort to resolve the situation—would have been the right thing to do, especially considering the time and fuel wasted. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.”
