Very helpful and friendly staff,walked in with TONS of questions and left with a bunch of knowledge and the stuff I needed to get my first saltwater tank started with everything from live sand and rocks to live saltwater as well. Went there the other day for a dwarf frog. What a cute pet store. Prices are really reasonable and it was so clean. All the tanks were spotless and clear. Nice staff as well. Very helpful and nice unlike some other place that shall remain nameless. Will be my go to for supplies from now on!

Had really good customer service here staff are friendly and helpful. Got really good advice for my beta and the items i could get for it would come back again. Update: Came here today on 2/26/25 Had a great experience coming back here in search of a rimless fish tank for my next fish! The older man upfront who i never got his name was so helpful and accommodating. I was in search for a rimless aquarium for my large desk, and he was showing me the ones he had in stock taking them out of the boxes showing me their filters. They both weren't my style so i declined and i ended up leaving apologizing about not wanting to waste his time but he said it was no problem. What a man, definitely exceptional service here and i would recommend this place for anyone who's looking for fresh/saltwater fish and supplies!

Beautiful, exceptionally clean store. Supplies for pretty much any fish aquarium setup. Emplotes are available anytime you are there to ask questions or get service, every time i speak to an employee they are always nice and engaging & polite. Great selection of fresh and frozen foods. Seems that every time I visit there are new fish types available, live stock changes frequently.

Really rough experience today for the 1st time ever. Walked in looking for the coral beauty which I couldn't find anywhere near by but they had about 4 as I'm looking around in the tanks I have my husband my nephew and 2 kids with me (as usual) I'd like to mention I DO NOT have eyes in the back of my head. I was then followed by a younger male employee (new) and was being hawked. He then asks are these ur kids to my nephew and I said they are mine and he then proceeds to say "can you not have your kids banging on the tanks" I said they haven't touched any since we've been in he said "they just were like 2 seconds ago so" and I said okay thank you we will take our business elsewhere. It was likely my child could have touched a tank while my back was TURNED, I do not allow them to touch the tanks obviously they have been In here multiple times and I've never had issues or been hawked down like this time. I also have plenty of tanks at home and they know to not be banging on tanks. Very rude, very uncomfortable, VERY disappointed. This could have been approached very differently.
