Anywhere else I have ordered I had to go though a whole ordeal to prove DOA submitting pictures, videos or each coral and the packaging etc. which get to a certain extent. Rex packages their live product really really well and I honestly believe that everything would have survived had ups put the package in climate control during their technical difficulties. The ONLY reason my corals didn’t survive being in a box for almost 4 days is bc the water was near freezing. Again, I highly recommend their customer service, quick turnaround from day 1, packaging and also I can tell their coral are beautiful, healthy and wysiwyg! Thanks again you guys!
