I purchased a book of Pet Food Center pet wash coupons, and the coupons clearly state they may be redeemed at any Pet Food Center Pet Wash location. This location still appears on Google as Pet Food Center Green River, the exterior signage still says Pet Food Center, and the store is advertising that Pet Food Center is now part of the Feeders Pet Supply family. Despite all of that, this location refused to honor my prepaid pet wash coupons because they were supposedly bought out by Feeders. After speaking with the manager, I was still told I would need to pay again for the washes, even though I had already paid for multiple washes. This is misleading, unfair, and a deceptive trade practice. A business cannot continue benefiting from the Pet Food Center name, signage, Google listing, and customer goodwill while refusing to honor prepaid services sold under that same business. When a company buys out or takes over another company, customers should not be left with worthless prepaid coupons while the store continues to operate under the same branding. At minimum, previously purchased coupons should be honored, refunded, or replaced with store credit. Instead, I was expected to pay twice for the same service. This is unacceptable business practice and unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend purchasing any prepaid wash packages, coupons, or promotions from this location if they can later refuse to honor them.”

It’s crazy to me that you don’t ever have dog food in stock or even some in the back for your bare shelves, but are a PET FOOD CENTER. Idk if it’s after the buy out or what. But 3 different trips into town for my dogs food and long behold y’all don’t have any in stock. I mean I’m not a business owner but I’d think if I had trouble keeping one in stock it’s a demanding brand and I’d do my best to keep shipments of it coming or even having a extra skid in the back, that’s just me though. Don’t waste your time or money here, I can tell you now they don’t have it lol. And when you ask that dark brown hair girl that’s been there for years if there’s any in the back her answer stays the same even her facial expressions, everything is on the shelves. Save yourself the trip and just go to petsmart I know we all try to support local, but I don’t think this place is local anymore.”

Went to buy my normal huge bag of dog food, like I do often, and really wished I wouldn’t have. The young lady with a ghost tattoo at the cash register was out of line. My son was carrying our bag of dog food when we noticed a hole leaking food out on the floor from the cash register to the door. The lady basically refused me another bag, stating she’d grab some tape and tape it up. This was not the first bag of expensive dog food I’ve dealt with from here having holes in them, but have never said anything until today. I told her I was not purchasing a bag with a hole leaking dog food and she rudely told me to go exchange it with another as if I was the one out of line. So ignorant and rude!!! This better get fixed soon otherwise we’ll take our business elsewhere.”
