One frog however did not make it past 6 days, and I tried to reach out to them to get some information about keeping the others safe as soon as it happened. I understand it's around the holiday season, so schedules get a little whacky, but I didn't hear anything back for 12 days until I called in to the store and asked to talk to someone. During this I was very worried about the health and safety of the other three frogs. They mentioned I didn't do anything wrong but were unable to offer any kind of refund or exchange since it was past two days. Just stinks to wait that long and not really get offered any help, or even a discount on a future purchase. :(”
