Have not used service but whoever was driving their pickup truck today was dangerously aggressive. Sorry for going at the speed limit, and slowing down when turning? Also completely covered the crosswalk with vehicle.

They have the greatest customer service ever. Their selection of plants, fish, and other things was the best I've ever seen with very good prices. Not to mention the adorable cats that greet you when you enter and beautiful birds. If you want a good selection of pond fish and plants please please PLEASE come here and support them!!

The team at Exotic Aquatics has been nothing but amazing. Would rate 10 stars if I could. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with all questions we have had. From building and installing, to a water issue that needed to be sent off to Georgia Southern, they have been invested in our pond every step of the way. I could not for the life of me get the original installer of the fountain out for a service issue; I called these guys up and it was no problem. They were a little busy but I understand. When they found a place on their schedule, the problem was fixed quick and easily, and very affordable. I will use these guys from now on.
