Chris was exceptional! Went in for a couple of corals and to just get a little more information on the hobby and Chris was more than happy to chat, and share his wealth of knowledge. I told him where I was at skill level/confidence wise and he helped me find a selection of softies that were really vibrant. Will definitely be buying several more things from them.

World Wide Corals has absolutely earned my respect and business for life. The amount of knowledge, patience, and willingness to help their team shows is second to none. From day one, they’ve guided me through every step of setting up my tank and answered countless questions — from technical details to general support — never making me feel rushed or unsure. Their friendliness and passion for what they do truly set them apart. They’ve not only earned my loyalty, but even my wife’s — and that says a lot! P.S. When I bring my wife into the store, the crew always greets her with a smile, hands her a coral stick and a bag, and says, “Which one today?” Consider yourselves warned!! I truly appreciate that I can always bring the family and have a great experience with every visit.

Whilst I LOVE WWC, have frequented for a very long time and spent a lot of money here, my experience put a bad taste in my mouth. In all my visits here I have noticed from time to time an employee who looks like they want to not be there in the slightest and despises their job (and life probably) I have avoided this person on every occasion. Today, with only two staff in the shop I had no choice but to approach this guy, HUNTER. Instead of being greeted, I was given a disgusted look and a grunt. I asked my question to given an extremely short answer, which was delivered rudely and abruptly. I didn’t expect much more from this guy based on how his energy has been in the past, but to say disappointed is the least. Stay away from HUNTER if going in this shop, every single other employee I have ever encountered has always been exceptional and provided amazing service, very sad to say the book proved to be just like the cover. Dont let this review deter you going there, but let it serve as a warning to avoid the upset guy in the corner, leave him there.

I like this location more then the location by SeaWorld, mostly because the staff there are very helpful and honest when it comes to my tank setup, fish and corals. I appreciate the info they provided.
