I will be going here for all my future aquatic needs!! Paradise has very healthy fish (both salt and freshwater) and a wide variety of plantlife and stocking. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you have any questions they are more than willing to help you find the answers you are looking for! Prices are also very reasonable. Edit, approx. 1-3 years later Pictures are of various setups I made with the advice and products of this shop- not exclusivly, but they played a very strong role. I have been going to Paradise this whole time. I am moving now, and unfortunately will not be able to return. That said, this store has treated me so well, and I must leave a final positive review to say thank you for all the endeavors they've gotten me through for all these years. Paradise Pet Shop is the exotic pet store every well educated keeper wishes they had in their city; they are kind, knowledgable, take incredible care of their animals, work tirelessly to maintain their setups, and do everything they can to accomodate and educate. They have extremely diverse stock, and it isn't just limited to fish, though they certainly specialize in that front. On the saltwater side, they have multiple corals and anemones, live rock, diverse fish and snail species, and super cool macroalgaes. On the freshwater side, there is something new every time I show up. Today, it was shrimp of all colors and sizes! The plants are always well cared for and they have a showtank that they can use to explain how different parts of that setup work and how you might can apply that knowledge to make your tank the best it can be. Overall, you could not ask for a better shop. I am sad to be leaving the area. To the owner and staff, thank you for caring for me and my fish all these years. You'll always hold a special place in my heart- and my tanks, lol.

We come every week to see what's new! I love the personal touch and the knowledgeable staff! We primarily buy fish and they tend to acclimate better than fish we get at the big box store. We always learn something when we go! I was also surprised to see the dog grooming and the dogs seemed really happy to be there!! Like I said, we come every week and love it!!

Great aquarium store, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a wonderfully wide variety of fish in stock. For anyone who likes shrimp like neocaridina but doesn't want to purchase them from petsmart, they have them here! Including snails, live plants, and plenty of other fish. I don't think I spotted any bettas, which either means they were in the large tanks (awesome!) or not available at all. Im not sure if they had any tanks available for sale, especially not ones any smaller than 10 or 5 gallons, so if youre looking to have a nano tank with some shrimp you might have to keep searching or take a trip to home depot for the supplies to make your own.
