I wish I had their names to share but here’s my experience . I visited one particular weekend and waited an extremely long time to be assisted . It’s two women who work here and they are always nice . I asked 3 men for help and 1 in particular really annoyed me (short with glasses ,high fade with light complexion) he purposely saw me waiting and decided to help all the males in the area despite me waiting and prior to asking for his help . I asked the tall white guy for help ( another manager ) he went and got lost somewhere never checked back with me . I then asked the manager ( upper management)and he sent one of the young ladies to help me . We picked up some substrate and went to the counter to check out . The amount did not match the cost as it stated it was abt $14 give and take my order was $90 with this substrate added . ( another manager male , black decided to come out to assist and say loudly may I add . That it was a typo and no he can’t accommodate even though the whole row of substrate was priced wrong. I will drive however many miles I need to drive to get the level of service that works best for me . You can tell they’re on commission by how they gravitate to who spends the most.as all of them move very calculated to whom they are willing to give their time to. To see this in real time is repulsive , because of course you can’t be bothered by a $60 sale. Thanks for your time . Staff at fish gallery in the woodlands Shout out to both of the ladies there ! Seeing dead fish is a rarity, and they keep their stock in great health. It may be a few more bucks than your local petsmart or pet supplies plus, but you're getting QUALITY fish that you can't beat. Their plant selection is fantastic, and they have so many different types of fish to choose from. The showroom and show tanks are some of the best I've ever seen IRL and they change a little bit every time I visit. Ryan helped me select some new plants for my tank and they are PERFECT. I recommend this place to anyone in the hobby!”

I only have a small tank with a single beta, but still shop here instead of amazon. Edit: 2026- I now have 4 tanks, the largest is only 40 gallons, but still shop here frequently. The only issue I find is when I am looking for specific fish, they don't have a ton. When doing serious fish buying I go to 360 aquatic down in Houston.”
