I called the store and asked if this is normal they said just keep trying with frozen because that’s what they use. Day 11 the fish started showing major signs of decline and day 12 the fish was on the bottom of the tank with white patches. With no return policy buy at your own risk.”

The pandas were taken out of their betta sorority tank and I didn't get a good look at them until we were home. After adding the fish to our tank I noticed all three are significantly injured with their back fins almost nipped completely off! I called the store and they implied my fish may have done this (my tank is corydoras, amano shrimp and neon tetras!) and not the betta sorority tank they had these poor baby corys in. Really disappointed with the customer service and sad that my new fish aren't doing too good. Missing back fins, breathing very hard, little to no movement and extremely pale. Edit to add: shortly after the posted this review one panda has passed”

Got home and only had 4 plants in the bag. The $12 small plant was missing. Expensive, not as clean, da few dead fish still floating in tank, employees help/service isn't great.”
