Best experience ever. One of our favorite spots in town. We were on a mission to find axolotls and we found them here! We were met with all the answers to our questions and better yet were able to walk out with all the things needed for a same day healthy start! Fantastic place. Answers the phone quickly and very knowledgeable about their stock. they also have a large selection of aquarium equipment, especially if you are just getting started. they even offer to set up the equipment for you. My new baby turtle friend is settling in nicely at home and I really could not ask for a healthier little guy. Next time I'm in the market for friend for my little guy I am definitely coming back!

Filthy store, the bird cages are disgusting. Ball pythons and many other reptiles kept together when they 100% shouldn’t be, it’s ridiculous. I’ve reported them to the city twice… They don’t care because it’s not a cat or a dog being kept in these conditions, if it were, they’d been arrested already. Do not buy any animals from here, much less ball pythons that are priced ridiculously at this store. Save your money and give a better store your business.

Housing bearded dragons, iguanas and chameleons in a tiny enclosure, let alone TOGETHER, with a heat lamp 3 inches from the basking spot and pellets as substrate is HORRIBLE. It's going to kill them but they dont care because the owner said it's fine. These people have zero idea how to care for animals (not only reptiles but if you look at other images, the birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, and even the fish they specialize in) and need to be shut down immediately. This is abhorrent treatment worth prison time. Edit: I have photos of the enclosure that 3 separate species are/had been kept in (unsure if they still are but at the time they were), please don't believe their reply

I get my substrate from them! They do all of the cool custom substrate designs by the bucket! The customer service there is amazing! Very hospitable! It’s always a fun experience getting to see the many ponds of koi fish. They have very exotic animals there!
