Fish Paradise is an all in one stop shop, they have everything-fresh and salt water fish, starfish and nano-fish. They even have wood and plants for a full decor and fish home set up, food and more! The staff is often all ages and very knowledgeable and friendly. All of them are there to answer your questions, get your fish, etc just for you. We've been here multiple times and have never been disappointed, even after the 2 hour drive to get here. Its definitely worth it.

Bought Amazon puffers here — was told they were ‘good to go’ after fungal treatment. Within days, full Ich outbreak. Either their quarantine process needs more time or more honesty with customers. If you buy here, be prepared to quarantine and treat immediately. Not worth risking your tank otherwise.

This place is for the true aquarium enthusiasts there variety and knowledge of fish is unrivaled in the DFW area. They have more recently expanded on there nano fish selection and have far more variety than even the most famous and large exotic fish stores (Fish gallery, Dallas North, etc.) Fair warning it's cramped and pretty unorganized so just shopping around can be a bit of a chore when it's crowded but owner and staff are always around ready to answer questions and help with a smile. I just cannot overstate how much of a gem this place is to have in our area and as someone that has been frequently visiting this place for almost 30 years I'm very happy to still visit today...as well as spend literally thousands of dollars over the years!

My first visit here and I was overwhelmed. So many fish, both fresh and saltwater. Lots of aquarium plants. Staff was friendly and so helpful since I'm a new Betta fish mom! Someone in the reviews mentioned the hazard of hoses and equipment..Yes, true but honestly I've seen that at any true fish store, I have ever been to. One thing I did not like is how small some of the larger fish are housed. That was sad. I understand, all the fish and limited space but... Let's do better. 😕

I just had the best experience at this fish store—truly an aquarium enthusiast’s paradise! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their incredible kindness and passion for what they do. They were so sweet to my girls, answering their curious questions and making the whole experience fun and engaging for them. My daughters absolutely loved seeing all the cool and colorful fish—it was like walking through an underwater wonderland! The employees didn’t just help me pick out fish—they taught me everything I needed to know to get my water levels where they need to be so my fish can thrive. We started with a beautiful female betta and two snails, and I already can’t wait to return in a few weeks for some neon glofish! Now I’m even dreaming about getting into saltwater fish and corals one day—and thanks to this visit, I know exactly where I’ll go when the time comes. What a fun, informative, and inspiring experience. This is definitely my new go-to fish store. Highly, highly recommend! 🐠🌊💙
