The animals are kept in small dirty cages that are way overpopulated. My husband and I went in here the other day and couldn’t help but notice a bunch of puppies in small cages walking on poopy grates aggressively stress biting each other.

We stopped by just because and was greeted with great staff. My concern is the puppies they currently have. I know dogs can be born with hernias but for them to nearly have a minimum of 1 dog PER liter is strange and concerning. Some liters even has 2 or 3 pups with hernias.. not only was the hernias concerning but 2/3 pups in 1 liter was severely crossed eye. I personally feel like either they (the owners) or whoever they are getting the puppies from are bad backyard breeders. Should definitely be investigated.

Honestly......DISGUSTED. I PURCHASED TWO RATS FROM THEM recently about 6 days ago and they're INFESTED and I mean INFESTED with rat lice, as well as URIs... they dont guarantee their rats.. I'm absolutely appalled. These rats were purchased so they didnt become snake food.... upon that issue they also have ROUND WORMS!!!!!!! My rats are very very sick and being treated with doxycycline, ivermectin and eye drops for URI, PARASITES, lice and eye infections.... DO NOT BUY EVEN FOR FEEDERS!!!!

Super fast and attentive. Best prices on crickets! And always in stock! I come in every few weeks for crickets, and while I don’t spend big bucks, the staff always treats me as a valued customer. Some staff members have even remembered what I need when I come in. If you’re tired of PetSmart being OUT of crickets, and their long lines- then go to J&M Pet Land and it will be your new favorite pet store!!
