They are always willing to answer any questions I have and will special order anything I request. Mary Ellen and Bob, Danielle, Ash and Mike have lots of personal and professional insight on caring for animals, from managing feral and stray cats to keeping indoor cats and dogs healthy. Fantastic pet store! Has a little bit of everything for every animal! You can find extremely unique gifts here which other pet stores in the area do not offer. The staff is always extremely friendly when I visit their establishment and are very helpful and making sure I find everything I need. A+++++

Great pet store for all your needs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were more than willing to help me with my questions in regards to the best way to ensure my Brussels Griffon, while dieting, gets accurate nutritional needs met. How to feed properly wet and dry food. Which nutritional supplements are the best. I am aware that NO dog food, and I mean NONE OF THEM!!! Have proper nutritional value to them!!! If I don't supplement my dog is at risk for cancer and many diseases and will surely die early. I thank them dearly for their help.. Coco Puff is my daughtor not my dog...
