We needed an emergency cleaning of our 3 tanks, and Connor was able to have a cleaner at our home within 24 hours of when I left a voicemail message. The employee who came, P, was clean, friendly, professional, and polite. P worked tidily and at a steady pace. P had good communication skills and was knowledgeable. We had an educational moment with P about care of our axolotls, and P was receptive and learned quickly. We were very pleased with the service we received, the follow up from Connor, and the fact that Connor charged us $600 less than a competitor (who claimed to be cheaper than Connor) quoted us.

Paige came out and cleaned our water feature which had not been cleaned in over a year. Needless to say, it was really green. After power washing and a good scrub, it looks so good again. Conner’s Aquarium, service left my tank looking better than when I first bought it. His wife and him worked on my Aquarium, for more than two hours. He scrubbed everything in it and made sure it was totally clean when they finished. If you need Aquarium, service, They are second to none👍👍😆😆
