Such a great business. The staff is so kind and helpful as soon as I walked in the door. Great pet food and amazing prices for quality. So grateful I came here!

I have purchased a car hammock dog bowls and a leash from nature's pet market ,and treats.. Thanks to the staff, who gave me adviceas , on places to h o my dog was able to go to some nice animal parks. Where she could roam freely and enjoy herself.

Great informed customer service and good selection

Went there for years to have my elderly Pomeranian groomed. I thought all was well, they were friendly and i completely trusted Bridget the groomer i trusted for all those yeses. In March my dog had to be put down as she had battled heart failure for two of the last years of her life. I was heart broken. I adopted another Pomeranian and was ready to start his grooming routine and called Bridgette for appointment. I explained i what i needed and let her know misha had passed. Not a single " im sorry " ... nothing. This floored me. This hurt because of the many years she had groomed her, chatted with me and discussed misha's problems. Of course i didn't expect tears or sorrow but i thought she liked me enough to offer condolences. Nothing. I was so hurt i didn't make the appointment and told her i would call back. She was not even a little friendly. Completely different person than i had been dealing with. It made me reflect and rethink , did she dislike my dog all those times? Im so confused and hurt and guilty that maybe i missed something? I don't think i can trust someone who is possibly faking liking my dog. Especially since they are helpless and trust is intact. No idea what to think but that was my experience. Very disappointed.

Bre is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and informative. My dog has a heart condition and she took time helping me find the perfect food and supplements for him. The whole staff is awesome and very personable. Nature’s Pet only carries top of the line products. I highly recommend this place. I don’t shop anywhere else.

This was my first time in Natures Market. I'm From Roseburg. I saw the store my schnauzer is sensitive to toxic things like flea collars and all the flea Advantage or any of the poisonous flea stuff. She will have a seizure so I went in the store which I thought was so cute and friendly atmosphere first thing. The nice lady said I have natural flea collars and sprays that I can even use on my hand to rub on my dogs. I was excited. So nice and I was excited to see that there was a box for people to donate costs for homeless dogs so sweet and a great idea. Next time I go back to my pain specialist I'm bringing up some coats because I have a ton of different sizes of dog costs. So thank you to the sweet sweet lady who helped me. And the store is right down the street from my pain specialist ♥️🙏
