The owner, Ernest, is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. His store has very nice music playing and it was very relaxing to walk the aisles looking at all the fish and all the coral. Ernest was very efficient in catching the fish quickly and put them in large plastic bags with lots of air. All the bags were placed in a large a styrofoam box for a safe transport of the fish. He even carried the box out to our vehicle. The personal touch was refreshing. If you have an aquarium and are need of any assistance. I drive almost an hour to this store from Virginia because of the service is great. I went today to get a few things and remembered that I forgot to leave a review the last time I was there but I was inspired to do so by the young man that helped me there. He was super kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He showed an interest in my system and even asked to see pictures of my setup. Of course I got carried away talking about it because in the past year I built my "dream tank". He was very respectful and his personality was genuine. Come to find out it was Ernest's son. All I can say is , great job Ernest for raising a terrific young man. It's great to see "Pops" , you and your son in the store and the passion you and he have.
