We love this co-op aquarium store!! My little one is obsessed with fish these days but I don't want a tank because they're a lot of work and we have a 😺. Nobody minds that we just go on to look at the pretty 🐠🐟. They're always warm and welcoming

Got my betta from here in June and absolutely love him. I live about 2 and half hours from here but was in Charlotte for the day and wanted to see what bettas they had since i had no luck finding one i wanted from any websites or fish stores near me. The employees were so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for me. They answered all my questions and even gave me a small styrofoam cooler to keep my betta in since i had a few hours until i was able to make it home. I would definitely go back in the future! Now my betta (norman) is happy and healthy and i couldn’t be happier with him. Thank you C-MACS!! Added pictures to show how vibrant he’s gotten since i got him.

I had 3 crayfish die with in 48 hours I tried to go in to see if they could do something for me for compensation and I get the 24-hour policy excuse. “Why didn't you call us” etc.ect. This store will not stand behind their product and clearly does not care about their customer base. I try to support local businesses but when they don't care about their loyal customers it's better to go to PetSmart. PetSmart stands behind their product and will refund you. They know how to keep customers.

First time visiting this store and I was very impressed. Although it may be a bit tight on space the quality of their fish and tank environments make up for it. I found the staff extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I will be returning for my future aquarium needs.

The best fish shop in charlotte by far. I've never had a issue with fish, they always have the items im looking for, and will inform you of whats to be expected with the fish you buy, such as size, care and tank requirements.
