This is my second time purchasing fish from NYAquatic. First time it was in person, and it's a great place to visit if you are in the area. They have the largest selection of marine fish anywhere around and many rare species you just don't see anywhere else. My most recent order was placed online and the fish showed up healthy as hell and ate frozen food within an hour of acclimation. No flukes or sign of disease and perfect fins. They did the best fish packing job I ever saw, thick Styrofoam container, plenty of water and air in the bags to keep the fish submerged in case the box is tipped on its side, and three heat packs to keep fish warm in case of shipping delays. Fish showed up at my door from UPS with bag water temperature sitting at 75 degrees on a cold New England winter morning. Your extra efforts were very much appreciated in the proper packing of the fish. Great selection of fish! If you are looking for a nice show piece fish, NY Aquatic is the place to go. Great communication through the whole order process and my fish arrived in great condition; even in below freezing weather. Acclimation directions were straight forward which made the whole receiving process a lot less stressful for the fish and me. Will be purchasing more fish from them in the future!
