I have known Craig at Beital’s for most of my adult life. I started going to his shop in Pearl River New York in the early 90s. Also When I was a child 10 years old, his father sold me my first fish tank. (Different shop) Craig has always been there to answer questions to give advice whether it’s about fish or tank supplies or life in general. My daughter has grown up going to his shop and is now involved in the hobby THANKS TO CRAIG He’s always made us feel warm and welcome. He is honest and a straight shooter. From the smallest fish to the largest of fish, both salt and freshwater, he has it there at his store truly there isn’t anything like it anywhere else. He is a warehouse of supplies as well as a custom installation, shop and on-site maintenance for fish tanks and ponds. Throughout the years I’ve gone through so many different types of fish both salt and fresh. and I’ve always gone to Beital’s. I currently have two 210 gallon aquariums and I’m about to start a new 150 gallon discus tank. He stands by everything he sells. My son and I purchased a very specific large saltwater set up from Craig and his team. They came to our house, installed and set up the tank. It was great spent about an hour explaining how he set it up and why. Told me things to look for over the next couple days and what our next steps are to building a successful coral tank. The next day, Craig had called to check in on the tank, gave him an update, In fact he knew how anxious my son was to get fish in the tank ( my son negotiated a couple fish from Craig) he kept to his word and brought the fish over, got them acclimated and put in the tank before my son got home from school, imagine his surprise. I feel that Craig’s word was kept, went above and beyond for us on our new hobby. It was a great experience and will always recommend Craig to anyone looking to get there aquariums done correctly.
