My order came today. Top notch packaging. Also coral had great poly extensions within an hour of entering tank. The frags themselves are out of this world. Picture of frag are acutely portrayed, no color saturation. The frags are insane with respect to size. Not only that previous had unexpected shipping delays which resulted in an unfortunate loss of the coral. I contacted Joshua, who immediately responded and gave options on avenues of assistance. The customer service aka Joshua, is amazing. This company is top notch. Will be bidding again on coral via ReefnBid as well as on TIA website. Hopefully I can add more before word of mouth spreads and bidding goes up. Again shout out to the packaging team

Just got my first order from TIA. The customer service was great, they answered my questions in a timely manner. The coral was packaged great and the care card showing their parameters is a really nice touch. I'm always a little nervous ordering stuff thats not WYSIWYG but all the hammers I ordered were very close to the stock photos. They even threw in a very nice freebie. Im definitely happy with my experience with them from start to finish and I will be a repeat customer!

The guy is very helpful. I’m so grateful for the service that I have received today and also in the past. I also heard (I’m still a beginner) that he’s the guy to go to in the area for corals. He was also very helpful in setting up my nano tank when I was having difficulty.

I highly recommend this shop! I ordered during the Black Friday sale and it did not disappoint. The frags were packed extremely well and they exceeded my expectations. Frags were grown out and not fresh cuts. One of the coral that I purchased didn’t look good and instead of sending it, they swapped it (upgraded is the better word) for a different coral, so they are actively caring about the coral and the customer. Great experience and will order again! Thanks again!

Stopped by for some fish and corals for my 200g reef tank and was very impressed at their selection, this by far has been the best saltwater fish store I have been to in Long Island! Very clean Fish are healthy Corals are healthy Prices are great ! Everyone in Long Island and NYC should come check them out.
