I didn't hear anything for weeks , no update etc. I figured they didnt bother as it was 1+ month without a word. Ordered it online and had the tang for a week and get a call out of the blue saying the tang was in ...keep in mind its now been 5+ weeks without a word. I informed them I found one online as Noone gave me any updates. Keep in mind during this time while waiting I had to give then a dragon face pipe fish that was sent to me by mistake and I didn't have the setup for it . They refused to offer any credit for it. I cared more for the life of the fish that I said whatever. There never was an update then. Fast forward to may ...i.try again going on almost 3 weeks nothing and I asked for a call before ordering. They dont want to order anything for me cause they are still butthurt over their lack of communication. You might be saying maybe they had the wrong number? Oh no they had my number correctly as they were randomly giving ( selling) it to other businesses as i get this text / call about 2 weeks ago "Hi tracy, dan from lacy pets gave me your number.I just left you a voicemail regarding maintenance on your fish tank.Please give me a call back ######### .Thank you. Manny" When I called them about it they were dismissive . Won't be dealing. With them anymore”

I went there to get a new piggie for my solo guinea pig to keep her company. These piggies are adorable and were popcorning the whole time. I never such happy pigs before.
