I coordinated with Oasis in the spring of 2023 to help me diagnose a pond and water feature that was losing water. After blowing me off for a couple of months they showed up just long enough to tear everything apart and render it totally unusable, then they disappeared off the face of the earth. Over a year later I still don’t have use of this beautiful water feature. I’ve not had luck finding someone else to come and help salvage the situation. Every day it sits looking horrible and non-functional makes me angrier. At this point I’m probably going to see what the Contractor’s Board thinks of the situation. Buyer beware.

The company committed to servicing my waterfall/pond back in October/November 2022. They pushed back the date of services several times and finally with the snowfall and dropped temperatures could not come out. As I called requesting for them to follow up on the work order, they continued to push back the service date. With the latest information offered: "it would not be for a few weeks". Needless to say, I cancelled all future work with this company due to lack of integrity and followthrough.
