“BUYER BEWARE!!! It wasn't until after my husband’s passing that I started receiving horrible service from this company, almost to the point of being bullied by the owner and experiencing retaliatory actions from the pond maintenance person. In 2022, Oasis hired a new employee that wasn't familiar with pond maintenance. He stepped on a couple of decorations I had around the pond and broke them. (I only had two and he broke both of them.) He never even told me what he had done. In 2023, this same unexperienced person didn't tell me that my float valve was broken and it consequently led to my pump burning out. I eventually had to shut the pond down in early summer due to the broken pump. Therefore, I wasn’t able to enjoy my pond for the full summer season. The following year I had a plumber replace the float valve, before I had the pond cleaned out. I had to purchase a new pump through Oasis at $850. (Otherwise, they would not maintenance my pond.) Halfway through the season, shortly after the maintenance person left, I discovered my new float valve was again broken. This time it had been literally crushed. I had to shut the pond down early again because I didn’t want the pump to burn out. Again, I wasn’t able to enjoy my pond for the full summer season. In 2025, I had the plumber come out again to replace the crushed float valve. Then I had Oasis come out and clean the pond like they did every year before. I also decided to get bids from other pond maintenance companies because I was tired of the mistreatment I was receiving from Oasis, and what it was costing me. On the day that one of the companies I called to give me a bid was at my home, the pond maintenance person for Oasis decided to show up out of the blue. He immediately called, Bobby, the owner of Oasis, to let him know I was getting a bid from another company. This is where we parted ways, because I was getting a bid from another company. When I received my FINAL bill from Oasis, Bobby added an additional $270 because I had someone else install the crushed float valve instead of Oasis. I decided instead of arguing with the owner over this issue I would just pay the bill and tell my story here in the hopes of saving some other poor person from this company’s abuse. It was my experience that Oasis is run by people with the mindset of intimidation and bullying; starting directly at the top. I’m so thankful I have found a new pond maintenance company that does excellent work and also treats their customers with compassion and respect.”

After blowing me off for a couple of months they showed up just long enough to tear everything apart and render it totally unusable, then they disappeared off the face of the earth. Over a year later I still don’t have use of this beautiful water feature. I’ve not had luck finding someone else to come and help salvage the situation. Every day it sits looking horrible and non-functional makes me angrier. At this point I’m probably going to see what the Contractor’s Board thinks of the situation. Buyer beware.”

They pushed back the date of services several times and finally with the snowfall and dropped temperatures could not come out. As I called requesting for them to follow up on the work order, they continued to push back the service date. With the latest information offered: "it would not be for a few weeks". Needless to say, I cancelled all future work with this company due to lack of integrity and followthrough.”
