A good friend purchased a puppy from here only having her for almost a week and she unfortunately lost her due to parvo! The breeder refuses to respond to messages or calls about the situation, also offering to give her another puppy? But will not refund the money nor take responsibility that the puppy was exposed before coming into my friends home. BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a puppy Monday the 28th of June. She was diagnosed with parvo by Friday and she passed away Saturday. Been trying to contact breeder for 2 days and she will not respond. My vet told me she was exposed prior to me getting her. So please be cautious if buying from them. I saw the response to this review from puppy shop. Seems I can't respond again so will add to this one. The response is not true I have all the proof. I sent them a picture of the positive test on the 1st the day I received it. Also sent a email from the vet to them. Which proves she read it because she had no blood in her stool that day but she did the next day. Yes it was tragic for this poor little girl. I was attempting to reach the shop since the 1st and received no responses. Her blood sugars were low because she couldn't keep anything down even after 2 nausea shots. Plus it exposed my other dog my mom's dog my son's dog and my brothers dogs. Has cost me a fortune to try to save her and I did everything I could. Yet this shop refuses to speak to me blocks me and won't even attempt to make this right.

My friend got a puppy from this shop on Monday. Wednesday found out the puppy had Parvo. The puppy passed away on Saturday evening. I am sure the other puppies here have Parvo also. Beware!! She was told she would not refund any money but she could have another puppy? Really with Parvo? BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Very sad situation. Puppies are in cribs living in their own pee and I can only assume they haven’t been taken outside more than a couple of times if at all.

Nice and clean. Puppies are in excellent condition. I will buy a puppy there when mine gets old. That way mine can teach the new puppy to be an ESA. Great place! Very knowledgeable.
