Yesterday, I went in for some more supplies, me and my son were just looking at fish not bothering anyone and saw a couple dead ones in their tanks— I went to the guy with the long black hair and told him and he snubbed me and said “she will deal with them” and he pointed to the girl by the fish, well I went to her and told her and she said rudely “yeah I know I’ll get it later” —- I did not like how rude those two sounded. That’s not good customer service. The older gentleman is very nice, knowledgeable, and I like dealing with him. But those other two…. Really need to work on their rudeness. I will only deal with the older gentleman from now on.”
