I went in yesterday and purchased a fish that later died that night in my aquarium so I called the next day to which they said they have a 48 hour guarantee. I was happy to hear that I would be able to exchange for another fish until the manager/owner came on the line and said that I would have to have a sample of the water in my tank before I could so I responded with I can do that although it would be a little after the 48 hours so they would not exchange the fish for me because I didn't have a water sample to them by the 48 hour mark. Very poor customer service here and actually hung up on me when I asked to speak with the manager/owner.”
