“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible service where big corporations fail! Finding this shop has been a massive relief for our family. We live on the military base in Naples, Italy, with our adopted cats who have strict dietary needs. Before finding Fish & Bone, the only way to get their specific food to our military mailbox was through a package forwarding service. The reshipping fees literally doubled our costs, which wasn't sustainable.It is shocking that the massive, big-name pet supply companies can’t ship directly to APO addresses, yet this wonderful business does it seamlessly. Fish & Bobe have officially gained customers for life. On top of solving a huge shipping hurdle for military families, their customer service is unmatched. They are incredibly quick to respond and were wonderfully helpful when we reached out to update our subscription. They truly outshine the big corporations, and we are so grateful for the huge difference they are making for our family!”
