Best aquatics/pond place around. The owner let alone the staff have all treated me like family since day one. The work the do is great let alone they stand by their work.

We Had our Landscaping Done with Aquatic Design and WE Couldn't be happier!! This was a BIG project that includes stepping stones with Mulch and a Bubbling Boulder Water Feature along with over 65 plants, 3 Pine Trees and Gigantic Grass and More! We never had anything like this done and The guys came out and had a plan that we went over and they Knocked It Out of the Park! I get so Many compliments from neighbors walking by! We are thinking of doing a pond and waterfall with them in the Summer! This business has very.Hard Workers and Trustworthy! The Owner took his time inviting us over to his business property to see the ponds and water Features they have created to help us with some ideas! Great Guy and professional! I never once had a Green Thumb but since they educated me on the different types of plants I had and how to care for them properly, I now Enjoy watching the plants thrive!!! Thank You Guys!!!!

Very knowledgable staff, helped me pick out a koi from their wide variety of decorative fish. Great place to go for all your aquatic needs.

My go to place for pond equipment. Staff is wonderful

Staff was very insulting and rude. Not to mention it took them almost 20 minutes to ask if I needed help. Came in to get a liner for a project and had measurements ready and knew what I needed. The woman tried to tell me I needed 20 more feet!! Now I'm not the best a measurements but I surely wasn't off by that much. I tried to tell her I wasn't building a pond just needed the liner and she wouldn't help me unless I got 20 more feet and spent 60 more dollars. Go to Lowes or anywhere else. This place is way overpriced for some rocks and pumps. Update as of 8/16/24 The manager sent me a friend request and messaged me through messenger just to belittle me and tell me how wrong I was. I even explained, this is not for a pond and his response was. Oh, well people who do their own DIY usually don't know what they're doing. OK, I had a pond scheduled to be built that I was saving for and this company gives so much headache over a piece of liner I can't imagine having them do work on my property. Do not go here! The $2.98 is well worth not having to be insulted

Always a fun place to shop. Employees are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Great prices too. I appreciate the fact that the staff are helpful and care.

Ordered Flagstone Waited a month, never came in Made 3 trips there TRIED to order bulk rock & more large stones Never got a call w/pricing Was told by the owner he wanted to “see” my project in person and will come over Monday I felt like it was a stall tactic not to mention I have vast experience and didn’t need an opinion to see what I need So, he NO SHOWED Then had his whole crew say they waited for me all day! Why the H wd I go there again? I already said what I wanted/needed and the girl had written it down So…I will be interested to see if our 2 Boulders show up Monday! I was told they will put them where I need them Now I am told that requires an additional charge of $75 on top of the $75 Del fee Anyways, I did go there again and got a credit for almost $1,000!! Which they had for ONE Month!

Great place to go. My Grandkids loved feeding the fish. Lots of shade and very beautiful, relaxing place.
