Aquarium World

I ran into Aquarium World today to grab some plants for my boyfriend’s fish tank. I was there for 25 minutes and no one bothered to say “I’ll be right there when I’m finished here” in fact only one worker acknowledged me because my niece commented on something, while he was bagging something up he joined our conversation. A guy showed up about 15 mins into my 25 minute wait, (he was at the same tank I was waiting at), and he was helped within 5 minutes, I stood there about 10 minutes and had to break out the “Karen Attitude”. I asked for 2 bundles of some plants, looks like she gave me one, but I paid for two! My boyfriend was in AW yesterday purchased one bundle and he had twice as much! My boyfriend and I spend a lot of money in AW; we are there once week, this was the first time I was in there by myself! Pathetic! I guess he needs to be with me to get service.

Very knowledgeable. My beta was sick and they really knew what I should do. Bubbles is doing ok now thanks to them knowing what to do!

Excellent service and fish look healthy, most plants too, they tell truth not make you spend excess money on what you don't need. I found a worm was going buy $$$$ meds, but asked and they said it a good type and didn't need to buy medication.

Nice little fish store. Has a good variety of fish, both fresh and salt water. Also had a pretty big selection of nice coral, more than I've seen in a lot of other fish stores. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and helpful when I had specific questions about different types of fish. Prices are very reasonable and appreciated the stickers on the tanks being current with what's actuality in the tank and their prices. They had a fair warranty, if the fish died, bring it back in with a sample of your tanks water, and as long as it's not toxic, they'd swap it out for you, I can appreciate that. Would definitely swing by again next time I'm in the area!

Really knowledge, helpful staff. Love to shop this small business. They will be honest with you, if something isn’t for you, they will not try to sell it to you anyway, they really care. Fun place to just go and look at what they have and dream big. From small to large, they have it all. And if they don’t have it, they might be able to get it for you.
