Premium Aquatics was the first retailer to have the new Sicci 900 filter. I had been waiting for these to be available and ordered two. I messed up on their website (100 percent my bad). Emailed them on a Sunday and they immediately fixed my error. Shipped my order on Monday, which was a holiday!! Exceptional customer service, 5 stars isn't enough!

Usually, I would support my local LFS, and there are quite a few good ones in the Bay Area. Over the past 5 years or so, I have been shopping online with them when I can't find items locally, and Premium Aquatics has always provided good service, products, and prices. Today, they went out of their way to get the rock selections that I wanted by sending pictures and videos. Honestly, I am blown away! I can't remember any fish store that would spend the time. Perfect transaction!!! Found these guys during my search for some morroca branch rock for my 15 column. Despite hearing horror stories about shipping woes from other online sellers and this delicate rock being busted up in shipping, my shipment of 3 large pieces showed up completely in tact! The care given to make sure it didnt break was unsurpassed. Each piece wrapped and ends covered with foam. Couldn't be more happy with the outcome. Prices are competitive and was able to get everything else in one shot to get my office tank up and running!

I order a ton of stuff from their online store for my home aquarium. They ship quickly. In the event of a problem with the items, they have the best customer service I have found with any online aquarium goods seller. You can speak with an actual human when you call them. I will give them 5 stars on everything.
