Creation Pet

This place has been our home for our salt water tank for years. For the most part, our experience has always been good and we can say that we were helped. However, it is different now. The people working are not knowledgeable enough to be assessing people and giving advice on tank maintenance. We have had several of this fish in our tank for over 6 years. This week, we went to have our water tested. They staff told us that the nitrate in the tank was off and they gave me a chemical to add to it. Fast forward less than 24 hours and all of my fish are dead. This is heartbreaking enough. We drove to the store to talk to them about the issue and we were told, with absolutely no remorse, that they would “look into it”. My hard work and love for these fish was ruined by someone who told me that they had the answer for my tank when in fact they don’t. I was under no impression that the chemical in question was dangerous. I was told that it would solve my problem. Whereas, I should’ve been told that they were unsure of how to solve my issues and allowed us to research into it together. I would not trust them with the safety of your fish or fish tanks.

Knowledgeable and polite, and all my shrimp, fish, and plants look great. I love this store! My favorite spot for oddball fish, and the aquascaping studio is awesome.

The few people that work there are nice. The owner did not acknowledge us. They're holding on to that mom and pop vibe, and I dig it, but step it up. The frag selection was very minimal, lots of tanks off line. Needs more dry goods for sure. This place has tremendous potential.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for some time but finally got around to it! I became a customer here around Mother’s Day and can honestly say that I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my aquarium needs. So far I every employee I have met has been so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve never felt embarrassed by my lack of knowledge and have been able to ask so many questions. The attention, customer service, and support here is wonderful. Special shout out to Phil and Teja for helping me start my first and second tanks!

Not the best store anymore. They have a limited selection of saltwater fish and corals, and their aquarium supplies are not very diverse. They do have a few reptiles, but not much to choose from. There's also some products for dogs and cats, but the focus is mostly on freshwater fish. It used to offer more variety, but sadly, it doesn't seem the same anymore
