Once I received the snake, it was super obvious how severely deformed the snake’s kinks are on its lower back. Photos in the ad show the snake positioned perfectly where one can’t notice any deformities. Once claim was made when I received the snake, Carol issued a refund immediately (which is why she’s getting 2 stars instead of 1), but this situation lets me know they don’t check over the wellbeing of animals before taking photos, posting, feeding, cleaning and once shipping them out. Double and triple check what you get from here.”
