Seriously been looking for a good spot to get fresh water fish and this place has everything you need The employee I dealt with was super knowledgeable his name was pnut I’d highly recommend coming here if you want proper information on tanks mates and any other tank inquiries

Wow, this place was excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, gorgeous fish and variety of sizes, colors, and styles. They took the time to let us pick up out exactly which ones we liked best and were very patient walking us through acclimation and care details. I highly recommend. Update: they still are amazing. Peanut is always so helpful, explaining about the different categories of koi, enthusiastic and patient allowing us to take our time and feel welcomed picking out or analyzing exactly which ones. Even taking the kids to see and experience the fish is worth it. Ask for Peanut when you go, he’s the man!

They all have attitudes and don’t care about the customers!!! Be careful I would never go there again or recommend anyone else to go.

As a pond and aquarium service guy, I can't speak highly enough about Koi Smart. They're my one-stop go-to for equipment, supplies, plants and fish. Beyond that, there's a lot of knowledge in this shop.

I absolutely love this store! My guys Aqua Alex and Peanut are amazing—they’re always so helpful, friendly, and informative. They really go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need for my setups. I’ve bought tropical fish here for my community tank as well as koi and goldfish for my pond, and I couldn’t be happier with how healthy and beautiful they are. The store is well stocked, the prices are fair, and the customer service is top notch. This is without a doubt my go-to spot for all my pond and aquarium needs!

Heard nice things decoded to change my usual shop to see this one took Oranda home didint last a week and they don’t warranty fish so quality 0/10 the rest of my fish been there months and they are completely fine tested water everything is level so I’m assuming is the quality of the fish from the store

Such an amazing shop with the kindest & most knowledgeable staff. Our first time here & we were greeted by Peanut with the biggest smile! He gave us a tour of their incredible facility, fully stocked with absolutely everything you could ever want from Koi to nano fish & aquatic plants. Peanut was so great with my kids & definitely helped instill a love for fish. I was able to find a wishlist plant and will be back for more! Thank you Koi Smart team, you rock Peanut!

Aqua Alex is the man! He’s the reason I keep coming back every week and keep ordering fish! As pure hobbyist and fish keeper it’s great to be able to feel welcomed and deal with someone who shares the same passion and has so much heart! Alex is the ONLY person who has pulled through for my orders and props to this establishment with people who have heart like him!

I stopped in about a month ago just to see some of the koi and goldfish! The young gentlemen who helped guide me through the store were very kind and respectful and this place is very well kept! You can tell the staff here love tropical fish and are super knowledgeable. I thought it wasn't open to the public, but the man with the glasses on the computer screen assured me it was and even told me to come back on Thursdays for new fish arrivals. I ended up purchasing some koi and they worked together to bag my koi and answered all my questions even though I had plenty and they never once seemed bothered. Stores need more people with this level of enthusiasm. I felt more like I was at a public aquarium than a pond and aquarium store. I believe one was named Peanut and the other was Aqua Alex, Andrew (?) or something I forget but I remember the big smile and passion . They have pond fish and tropical fish and all the fish looked great I didn't see anything sick or dead.
