“I heard great things about this store so I decided to take a trip from Boca. Walked into the store and no one greeted me, in fact there wasn't anyone up near the entrance which I thought was odd, wasn't sure if it was actually open, I walked through a goldfish and koi room and saw some good looking koi but they were no price tags and they weren't labeled. I then proceeded to the tropical fish room and saw some fish I was interested in. I had to go find an employee who was just coming out of the restroom when I asked for help. He told me I'll be with you in one minute sir and I said ok. I had to go get him after about 12 minutes or so and he was rude and acted like he didn't want to help. I asked him some questions regarding the fish I was purchasing and he was giving me wrong info as verified by google. It's ok if you don't know just say so. Paid an arm and a leg for some fish and only bought fish because of the long drive and gas I put in. They have some nice fish and lots of promise but they need to study up on customer service.”

They took the time to let us pick up out exactly which ones we liked best and were very patient walking us through acclimation and care details. I highly recommend. Update: they still are amazing. Peanut is always so helpful, explaining about the different categories of koi, enthusiastic and patient allowing us to take our time and feel welcomed picking out or analyzing exactly which ones. Even taking the kids to see and experience the fish is worth it. Ask for Peanut when you go, he’s the man!”
