Holy rabies I love this place so many of our reptiles have come from here and our newest addition is a sand boa he was so fat and sweet, it was so nice to talk to everyone there and get their thoughts and advice. I love all the sheer happiness that everyone shows when you choose your new angel baby 10/10 recommend I mean just look at this healthy baby

came in to the store just looking for supplies. i’ve been a reptile owner for years. kind of a bummer when staff talks to you like you were born yesterday and offering unsolicited advice etc. when i’m just trying to shop. i understand it can be hard owning any sort of pet store and coming across uneducated people that don’t take proper care of their animals. but all my pets are more than happy and healthy and i take very much proper care. these guys without even hesitated, greeted me aggressively and continued to converse with me like i was stupid. i was recommended this place by multiple friends and they even said to not make contact with the staff for this very reason. great supplies and food options, but avoid staff at all costs.

They are changing locations so this review is mainly of the people. The location was fine, but I am excited to see their larger store! I wanted to praise the people working here. They were welcoming and very helpful. They didn't bother us immediately, they let us look around a bit. Then one said hello and let us know she was there to answer any questions. We were getting a terrarium for our daughter and she was so lovely to tell us exactly what was needed (and didn't try to over sell us). She even opened up the terrarium kit to tell us how everything worked and tossed in an extra feeding bowl. We will for sure be back.

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve loved reptiles and amphibians of all kinds—but frogs have always held a special place in my heart. My childhood was full of herping adventures, and though it had been years since I last kept one, I’d been itching to dive back into the hobby. For my 30th birthday, my girlfriend gave me the ultimate surprise: a trip to Agocs Exotics with the promise—“Whatever you want from here!” She had done her research and decided this was the place to find the right frog, and she couldn’t have been more right. I wish I remembered the name of the bearded gentleman who helped us, because he was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does. I’ve spent countless hours researching different frog species, and I’ve always dreamed of owning a Pixie Frog. And there he was—tucked into the corner of his cork cave, the perfect little amphibian waiting for me. The staff answered every question, helped us choose the right enclosure setup, and even offered to assemble it. Truly top-tier service and genuine care for their animals. I couldn’t be happier—now I have the privilege of raising my Pixie Frog, Gregory, and watching him grow into a humble behemoth. Agocs Exotics absolutely earned this 5-star review!
