Lauderdale Home Show in September 2025 and moved forward with a custom 116-gallon aquarium. The initial consultation and installation day were exciting, and we believed we were investing in a high-quality, professionally managed project. That confidence quickly disappeared. Soon after installation, serious issues began. As first-time aquarium owners, we relied entirely on their expertise, but critical information about system operation, maintenance, and long-term care was not properly explained. We later realized we were not adequately guided on how to protect our investment. Five days after installation, a significant leak occurred under our kitchen sink where the reverse osmosis (RO) system had been installed. It was a stressful situation that could have caused major damage to our home. Thankfully, our children were home and acted quickly to minimize damage. A technician arrived seven hours later, and the overall handling of the situation was far below professional standards. It took nearly three weeks for anyone to properly address our concerns. What was most surprising was that the follow-up call we received was from Maria at Aquarium Marketing to collect the remaining balance without even asking how things were after everything that had happened. By that point, our trust had already been seriously damaged. While the aquarium looks nice, it has defects we now have to correct ourselves issues that should have been handled during manufacturing and installation. We’ve also dealt with avoidable problems such as fish loss, overly intense lighting from day one, humidity buildup inside the cabinet, and other preventable complications, many of which we resolved on our own or with outside professionals. Based on our experience, we do NOT recommend Aquarium Marketing. They did not demonstrate the technical competence, installation quality control, or post-installation accountability that a project of this scale requires. We hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the company to improve its technical execution, customer education, and after-installation support.”

Yesterday they came and today all but one of my fishes were dead. I immediately called and the woman who answered was very disrespectful and told me they were dead because I didn’t service the tank twice a month. I was very disappointed with her customer service. Everyone makes mistakes and it’s important to take responsibility for them.”
