I wish I could give 0 stars. We’ve had our aquarium for years and this company has been servicing it. For years they have done the service once a month. Yesterday they came and today all but one of my fishes were dead. I immediately called and the woman who answered was very disrespectful and told me they were dead because I didn’t service the tank twice a month. I was very disappointed with her customer service. Everyone makes mistakes and it’s important to take responsibility for them.
