Absolutely amazing! I’ve been in the hobby around 3 years thanks to Ed and Max and the whole staff is the reason I’m so in love with this passion. They are not only knowledgeable but they are great hearted people and they care about what they do. They will ask the questions you’d want them to ask before any purchase to make sure you are investing in the right fit for your set up. Them guys have been in the industry for decades and they know what they are talking about. I’d recommend them to many of my friends and I will continue to send everyone that is interested in starting this hobby or already in it to go check them out. So let me start out with this, it's truly exhilarating to reflect on my journey with saltwater reef tanks, which began over 18 years ago with a 1000 gallon tank that I managed with a very minimal skill set, yet I never encountered any issues, and this was all without the aid of computers, pumps, dosers that were Wi-Fi, etc. Recently, within the past six months, my friend's decision to switch his freshwater tank to a saltwater tank sparked a wave of nostalgia in me, and we started reminiscing about my old tank and its breathtaking beauty. Should I embark on the adventure of getting another saltwater fish tank? I reluctantly started exploring small tanks as a fun project to undertake with my son and my partner Kristy, and this led me to visit several stores, posing various questions about topics I had some knowledge of, with the intention of assessing who would be the most helpful and knowledgeable. I have a propensity to test people occasionally to gauge their openness, honesty, and reliability, as the owner of multiple companies, I expect these same qualities from our company, and I strive to provide our clients with exceptional service, while also expecting the same level of commitment from those I do business with. With that being said, out of all the stores I visited, Bio stood out as the most knowledgeable, and I had the pleasure of interacting with Max, who is remarkably scientific, extremely to the point, and matter of fact, in a truly mind-blowing way. Scott is an extraordinary individual who not only possesses extensive knowledge but also radiates love and positivity, creating an incredible atmosphere. Brandon, a younger team member, has a unique ability to make you feel like you're part of the family, as he offers his assistance. Eddie, the owner, is a genuine, helpful, and honest individual, and I've had the pleasure of witnessing this firsthand. I ended up purchasing a 20 gallon water box from them, along with all the necessary equipment, right before Christmas, and although I set it up too quickly and encountered some issues, they guided me through the process with ease. A few weeks later, I decided to upgrade to a much larger tank, and after discussing prices with Eddie and exploring options online, I acquired a 230.6 water box, a fully set up reef system from Orlando, (80k in livestock and established system)which was delivered and installed in my home. Throughout this journey, I've posed numerous questions to Eddie, despite not purchasing the equipment from Bio, and he has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that my tank is well managed, to the point where everything looks ten times better than it did when I first purchased it just a month ago. Max, Scott, and Brandon have been instrumental in helping me find the right supplements, testing my parameters, and walking me through the steps, empowering me to manage my tank independently at home. I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for their assistance, and Eddie has visited my home three times to help with the installation of new equipment, ensuring that my tank is set up properly, and providing guidance on adjustments and maintenance. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bio and its team 1000 times over, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have them in our area, as their expertise and dedication have made a significant impact on my life.

We got our baby Fin here. He's doing amazing in his new home! He was also a great deal! This establishment marks fish down based on how long they've been there, which is pretty awesome!

Been coming here for years… Eddie and the team are always the best, and most patient people to tech & guide you through new & or experienced challenges you may face… not to mention the best and most healthiest future pets you could want. 10/10
