I went over to expensive koi to trigger attention... nope... guy came from rear if store, passed me to answer phone. Not at all helped in any way. I walked out same as I went in... fish less. Heeeeete fishy... now they helped and taught me some stuff. Earned my business.”

It got so bad and they repopulated so quickly that I couldn't keep up and in the end my fish died from how bad the water quality got. I had to toss everything from the tank and start from zero. I made the mistake of buying three plants from here and all three were infested with bladder snail eggs and now I'm back to trying to control the population and trying to rid them for the sake of my new fish. I'm so upset.”
