Too paranoid so now I test and mix my own saltwater. Had too many fish die from here mysteriously with PERFECT water parameters😐, assuming it’s just a quality issue all around atp. And the funniest part is you’ll ask a staff member for advice (after having you waiting for half an hour for service), apply it to ur tank and when it doesn’t ever work you’ll come back and tell them what you did and the outcome and they’ll act like you’re an idiot for trying that when they’re literally the one who told you to do it. 🤦 They need to discuss their knowledge and decide what to tell their customers unitedly because every one of them says something different and disses on the methods you try when the method was literally one of their coworkers that came up with the idea.”
