I had an amazing experience at Alex's Advanced Aquatics and can honestly say this place stands out from any other fish store I’ve visited. On Friday, I stopped in and was immediately greeted with great energy and respect. After explaining the issues I was having with my fish tank, he jumped right into action by giving me clear, step by step guidance on what to do and even asked me to bring in water samples the next day. When we returned on Saturday, he tested our water and took the time to thoroughly explain how to stabilize it. What really impressed me was his patience and knowledge as he didn’t just try to sell products, he made sure we actually understood how to take care of our tank properly. We ended up buying a few items, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable everything was, way much cheaper than the big chain stores. The variety of fish is also beautiful and well cared for. We learned way more than we expected, fixed our tank issues, and even got great advice for setting up a second tank in the future. He definitely gained loyal customers we will absolutely be coming back. If you want honest advice, great prices, and someone who truly cares about your fish, this is the place to go!”

As beginners in the hobby we felt comfortable asking questions, the plants and equipment we purchased were fairly priced and the plants especially were well established and grown submerged and I haven't encountered any melting.
