I stopped in there yesterday because I had time to kill. My wife and I are in LA for a few days so she can get a tattoo. I told the guys I was getting ready to cycle a new tank and I’m from Ohio, which basically meant I’m 100% not buying anything. These guys gave me a full tour of the coral farm setup and answered a bunch of questions for me. I didn’t get the brush off that you get at a lot of places when they know you aren’t there with a bag of cash ready to spend. Very cool place, beautiful corals, and super helpful and knowledgeable team. I will 100% be ordering from their website in the future. They even showed me where they snap the photos for the WYSIWYG corals!

Received an order and was one coral short although the bag was labeled that coral it was actually something different that I had ordered. The owner later reached out to me to make it right and offered to ship the missing coral which I thought was excellent customer service. One thing I’ll say of the hundreds of dollars I’ve spent here recently all my livestock is healthy and beautiful. For the price and customer service you can’t go wrong here…..

Got my first order from these guys yesterday. Most are doing really well already! They called me to confirm delivery date, which I appreciate. They were very generous with the amount of zoa heads I got! Thank you!!

Shipping was super fast and they made sure they shipped on a day where I would be home to make sure I could get my corals inside my tank with the least amount of stress. Considering they shipped from cali all the way to Iowa I was especially nervous about shipping, and when I first opened my corals I was a little nervous because they had all shriveled close and were very small. However they opened super fast once I got them in my tank! To my surprise they even threw in two bonus corals for my first order. My torch is also looking really great the only small complaint I have was that my hammer coral is a bit smaller than I expected but the bonus corals make up for it.

A+ Couldn't be better (1) Store selection vs what's in stock, how many times you're at a site and 1/2 of what you want is out of stock, not Vivid. Awesome in stock selection (2) Received WYSIWYG coral is better than the pic (1st time I've ever said that) (3) Stock order items great size. (4) Color after shipping looks great, Pics are after only a few hrs in my tank (5) Box clearly marked, best (even better than fosters & smith co)
